Ter vergelijking: bij SET op dag 5 steeg dit van 43% naar 63%. Bovendien werd <strong>een significant hoger percentage levendgeborenen<\/strong> waargenomen bij transfers op dag 3. Dit betrof ICSI-pati\u00ebnten die gestimuleerd werden met HP-hMG. Bij alle pati\u00ebnten met ten minste twee overdraagbare embryo's waren in de controlegroep drie extra embryo-transfers nodig om dezelfde klinische zwangerschap te bereiken.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33608027\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Meer lezen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe gebaseerd op wetenschap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Aurora niPCT\u2122 wordt uitgevoerd op cumuluscellen rondom de eicellen van een pati\u00ebnt en is gebaseerd op de meting van de expressie van specifieke genen. <strong>Cumuluscellen worden afzonderlijk verwijderd<\/strong> uit elke eicel verwijderd en RNA wordt uit de cumuluscellen ge\u00ebxtraheerd. Real-time PCR wordt uitgevoerd voor voorspellende genen en twee controlegenen, wat leidt tot een kwantitatieve rangschikking voor alle eicellen.
